I was able to schedule a carpet cleaning within days of contacting Dan. He cleaned the carpets in my entire house. They are beautiful! I used a different company last year and my carpets never looked very good and got dirty quickly. My carpets look almost new after Dan cleaned them. My stair were especially dirty and he got our every stain and dirt. I can tell they will stay clean longer because they are soft after drying and vacuuming.

Dan did a great job cleaning our sectional after it had been in our storage unit for months and had gunk all over it. Took about an hour for a 5 1/2 seat sectional. Wow , I guess you don’t know how bad you needed his services until the next day when you walk bare foot on the clean carpet. and it feels like you just got brand new carpet. This guy did a better job than any service I have ever used, and he is local in Kennewick Washington.

Dan has been cleaning my carpets since 1997. When he moved away from Seattle to the TriCities, I tried other services and was extremely disappointed in the quality and outcome. My carpets would be saturated with water, and when using a towel to help mop up the moisture, the towel was brown so I know the carpets were not being cleaned. Luckily, Dan had many clients on the west side that we was willing to drive over yearly to do our carpets. Dan uses a technique that applies CO2 to loosen and lift dirt, which minimizes the amount of water needed. The carpets are lightly moist afterwards, and dry within 6 hours. This technique really cleans carpets. He is a wonderful guy to work with, very trustworthy, reliable, and diligent. Now I live in Walla Walla, and Dan is only an hour away and still willing to come out to do my carpets. You will not be disappointed with his services.

I have had Dan clean several carpets over the years between rentals and our own home. He always does a good job! I can attest firsthand to his knowledge and expertise of carpets.Unfortunately, I had called another so called “specialty” carpet cleaner in the area because I had an off white high density shag carpet on my wood floor. I was concerned about having it cleaned correctly with a small amount of water. That “specialty” cleaner did a horrible job. I couldn’t even tell that they had cleaned it. I was VERY disappointed!
A year later I called Dan. The carpet looked horrible and I was ready to replace it althought it was only 2 years old. DAN did an awesome job! I will continue to use Dan for all my carpets! I should have known! Oh! Did I tell you that he cleaned them for a LOT less than the “specialty” cleaner charged!
